She didnt know there was an amber alert this morning for 8monthold emiliano salinas. He was in the back of his parents car, a 1992 White Honda Accord before 5 00 this morning when someone jumped in the drivers seat and took off. Mrs. Ramirez says the suspects nickname is turtle. It appeared the suspect appeared to be under the influence of drugs. We recognize him as someone who caused a lot of trouble.
