In 2010, a group of five undocumented WSU students connected with University of Washington, Central Washington University and Eastern Washington University to find out what kind of services were offered to undocumented students at their schools. Undocumented Initiatives director Marcela Pattinson said undocumented students could not fight for fair treatment in the classrooms or receive leadership.
