72 per cent of the top 101 played tracks being from WA. That includes

New Nausea, with
Carla Geneve, whose song
Female artists were once again dominant, with
54 per cent of the top 101 played coming from female artists and female-fronted bands.
Fifteen per cent of those who made the list were
international, with
13 per cent.
Thundercat’s
Cable Ties were the top placed interstate act, with their tune
Sandcastles coming in at #6.

contracts signed, not closing. so in may you saw this big drop-off. it was revised down further to nearly 37% from month to month. now you see it bump up again 23%, 24%. still you re not at the levels you were before and you re at historic lows in new home sales. what does it say about the market? it s positive to see it didn t fall further as some were afraid you wouldn t see anybody getting into the new home sales market. now at least you are seeing people come back into it. it doesn t mean new homes are completely over, but you have a lot of head winds in housing. new construction speeds directly with foreclosures. we are seeing a rise in foreclosures. why do they compete? because a lot are relatively new construction. also you have to remember as these are contracts signed, the pull-through, the number of those contracts which will turn onto real closings, real sales, has not been that positive because of the mortgage issues
