Six Dorset schools report coronavirus cases as classrooms close for Christmas

Radipole Primary School, based on Radipole Lane in Weymouth, confirmed there has been a Covid-19 case within the school and all close contacts of the individual had been contacted. A spokesman for Public Health Dorset said that the organisation was working with the school and Public Health South West during this period. The recent case comes after a member of the school tested positive for coronavirus earlier in December.

Public Health Dorset issue advice on a safe Christmas with coronavirus

RESIDENTS have been urged to be cautious when considering forming Christmas bubbles over the festive season. A change in rules over Christmas means that a maximum of three households can form an exclusive Christmas bubble on Christmas Day only. And Public Health Dorset have issued advice on how to stay safe over the festive period.
