They said he will appear in West Manchester court. Hes charge escaping from prison contrary to prison law. He was arrested in west london yesterday morning following a huge policing operation. He escaped from prison on wednesday morning. He clung onto the underside of a vehicle and for some time, the police were not sure if he had left the country. He was recaptured.
