The Provincial Hawks spokesperson, Tlangelani Rikhotso, says the two suspects, aged 50 and 28, were arrested in Klerksdorp on Sunday 23 October 2022, after offering an investigating officer R50 000.
As the search continues for missing Nelson Mandela Bay businessman Ashraf Laher, who was abducted in Korsten on Wednesday afternoon, the investigation has been escalated to the elite Hawks unit.
