This is of course a time when we get a chance to reflect not just the brick and mortar although i must say every time i have a chance to look up and look around i have to marvel at a building that moves in base isolate ors and has become a beautiful beautiful building and everybody i have talked with and stepped foot whether its the elevators or walking up or the rotunda, their eyes are always looking everywhere and marvelling at this historic building. As i look around today, most of the people are the ones who occupy and come through and make this building come alive. Thats you and the thousands that come through this building everyday.
