Article content An Ottawa tech company is betting that COVID-19 has not killed indoor restaurant dining and that customers are even willing to pay a few extra dollars to snag prime tables at peak times. Those customers could secure their preferred spots through the new reservation service tablz.com, launched by Ottawa-based Transparent Kitchen.
