The idea is to over the next few years, by 2020 reach a level of 100,000 High School Students each year who are either in a summer job or an internship program. 100,000 each year, we want to start that aggressively this summer, well give you a quick deadline of may 15th. We want to start reaching toward the bigger goal we want to ask everyone whos watching. If you can create an internship or a mentorship effort, we want you to start doing that now, so we can plug in a lot of our young people this summer, and build out over the next few years, thats one second in terms of our pipeline. Now, if you look at this graphic what you see in yellow these are the Tropical Storm force winds, sustained winds, they extend about 200 miles from the center of jose but jose is far enough out to sea that these sustained winds will not be reaching the coast. However, the wind gusts will so we have expected wind gusts expected along the coast 40 to 45 Miles Per Hour but since were talking about gusts, not sustained winds thats Tropical Storm watch has been canceled from the National Weather service. As you move inland its going to be a breezy day tomorrow but the winds will be dying off. So, really the big impact with jose is the wave action. The waivers really already being stirred up.
