I live on Mount Davidson at the edge of glen canyon park. I would have photos that i took in 2014, and a few months ago, in june, showing the difference between the tree tops in glen canyon as green five years ago, but now those same tree tops are browning. Glen canyon is 70 acres in the heart of the city.
People on the streets, that there are a lot of people that are willing and able to accept services, but the services dont exist. And especially looking at the connection with homelessness, but if somebody is trying to get help for a Mental Health condition or for substance use, but they are not given housing, it is nearly impossible to maintain that. I hope you all will join that effort to continue to push for that.
