Despite the ongoing farmer s protest, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed the three farm laws saying agricultural reforms would bring more market access and help farmers sell and produce digitally. He also added that the new farm laws would bring down the walls between agriculture and other sectors. He said farmers would now have the option of selling their produce at Mandis as well as to the outside parties.
