Highway 37. Thats closed to steers point. Chp says the truck came around a corner, hit the guardrail, and the trailer tipped over. Firefighters say the trailer is leaking gas all over the road. More than 100 people have been stuck there for hours. They cant leave because of the cleanup. Other wineries also impacted too. Customers are not able to get there because of the road closure. As you all know education doesnt always grab headlines and that is certainly the case this time around two and that being said, there are consequential issues and big policy ideas that are being talked about as part of these campaign and to help us make sense of whats going on we have a group of panelist with us today already, arne duncan served as secretary of education from 2009 to 2015.
