From the beginning we only had 17 routes. We made sure that every single neighborhood was within a mile of a transit. We are now getting closer to half a mile i. In normal times we have a standard of quarter mile. The last factor is essential destination. Making sure each neighborhood, especially neighborhoods where people are less likely to have other options are connected to hospitals, Grocery Stores and other essential business.
