Police say took place im shocked. Im really, really shocked for somebody to break into somebodys home, thats bad. Thats really bad. Reporter around 1 30 monday afternoon, police were called to the building where they found a 26yearold woman tie up inside, her toddler daughter with her as well. Police say two men posing as coned workers had forced their way into the home, sexually assaulting the woman and then robbing her. A neighbor who asked that we not show her face says she hear the woman screaming from the apartment, pleading for help. She calls to me in spanish. So i go to see you know, i let them know im there, can she open the door to come to me, no, she cant. She was incapacitated. They had her bound, and so then i called the police.
