LINN Students from all over the state gathered Thursday for the kickoff of the state SkillsUSA Leadership and Skills Conference, where they exhibited their talents in 120 competitions in health sciences, culinary arts, automotive technology, carpentry, equipment technology and more.
Students from 40 high schools across the state picked up skills in roller coaster design and bridge construction recently while taking part in a popular annual open house hosted by the Gallogly College of Engineering at the University of Oklahoma.
