, Jan 5 (IANS) The railway will ensure crowd control management at stations in Prayagraj through AI (Artificial Intelligence) during the upcoming Magh Mela.This will also will act as a rehearsal for Maha Kumbh 2025.At a coordination meeting .
Railway is planning a strategy regarding movement of devotees and pilgrims in city and nearby railway stations during Magh Mela. AI will be used for crowd control management at railway stations in Prayagraj. Several steps will be taken jointly by the railways, district and mela administration, as a rehearsal for Maha Kumbh 2025. Additional bogies and Mela special trains will be operated to meet heavy rush. Shuttle buses and e-rickshaws will operate from the station to the mela area. A control tower has been built on top of the station building for crowd management.
