Arizona and america has the opportunity to deliver up to their godgiven potential. O matter where they live, kids deserve to grow up healthy with every chance to succeed. That is why it is beyond unacceptable that for the first time ever, congress missed the deadline to reauthorize the Childrens Health Insurance Program. For decades, chip has been a Bipartisan Program and has been reauthorized with broad support until now. It has now been 11 days since chip expired. This is an outrage for children across the nation who depend on the dependable Affordable Care they receive thanks to chip. It is especially troubling for arizona. Arizona has had the unfortunate distinction of being one of the worst states for access to health care for children. Until last year, it was the only state in the entire nation without an active Childrens Health Insurance Program. Arizona froze kids care in 2010. At its height, the waiting list for coverage after the freeze topped 100,000. I repeat, 100,000 becau

Capitol plan, include, improvement projects in your 1. 2 Million Dollars and these are all, and projects that were like second tier projects and one that is critical in the infrastructure and 3. 2 million, in the first fiscal year and golden gate park, and renovation project and savings of 500,000 and there is also a Facility Maintenance and the park that will be decommissioned soon of 500,000 yearly if we were to remove that maintenance for the park. And city hall emergency power capabilities of 620,000. And those are amount to over all, 7 Million Dollars, in the capitol plan alone, and also interested in other possibilities that could, be found between, you know, the Controllers Office and the Mayors Office and the Budget Committee members and we will work it together and i want to read some ideas into the record of what could be looked at that could be before us over the next few hours, to decide upon. My question is whats needed politically to get European Countries to exploit their shale resources . If you were to encourage it how would you encourage it . The first thing i would find a way to reward the owners and all those that get affected by the shale production. But honestly this is not all. In spain, for instance we have a big debate. Its not old. But one thing i would do. The second thing, i think that for many years in europe there was this idea of dont touch, dont tell in terms of electricity generation, generation in general. So people dont know really. We went for renewables. This is fine. Dont miss understand me, this is fine. But people dont know what it costs in the end because i mean im not able to read the receipt of the electricity every month. I dont know what im paying for the renewables. People should know. I should know how. Its not a fatality that we are bound to be dependent on an importer. We need to develop our own resources and of course efficiency. And on
