Reporter described as chaos, police counted at least four crime scenes. The plant, the facility parking lot, and two roadway intersections. The mayor happened to walk outside the chambers defending the plan. It is expensive to house 250 families. Sam the mayor has many supporters. Its a good plan and it needs to move forward. Sam some are flatly opposed. In all 90 people signed up to testify on the issue. They are half more, more than halfway through the 90 people. The contentious issue is ward five where they put people in isolated area between a bus lot and school bus lot. A lot of folks are saying this would cause the fumes and stuff. The person who owns the lot is a developer but the mayor denies that and says if mcduffy wants another site he should suggest another site in the ward. So far that has not happened.
