From behind and attempted to place a plastic bag over the females face. Reporter poe emerged as a suspect in those cases as they investigated an incident last month on edgewood street near lion village. Thats when a man got into a womans house and attacked her while she was sleeping. Dna from that incident was submitted to the state crime lab. It matched dna taken from one of the bags in 2007. There was at a latent fingerprint from one of the t207 bags. Investigators were able to use that 2007 fingerprint to connect those cases to him. He is charged with attempted abduction for two incidents in 2007. We anticipate he will face additional charges for the 2016 case. Reporter poe passed a criminal background check as recently counsellor in the probation office. He was immediately put on administrative leave as soon as they learned of these charges against him. This is lifting north ward, and its going to run into that colder air so the temperatures dont come up a whole lot today. Us. Lets talk about some of that lightning that was active in the overnight hours. I want to give you a look at what is going on out there this morning. Starting out with storm tracker. This is actually a 12hour time lapse for you here. Notice when the activity rolls through in the overnight hours and moved through the east bay and continued in this direction. Some areas like napa reported. 2 of an inch of rain. The areas around concord, clayton, and fairfield. Getting rain here as well and just this band that rolled through. It was between midnight and 2 in the morning when that lightning fired off. I will remove the radar. You can see a fairly active move through the overnight hours and this system now, moving south over Southern California and backing it up to show you a threehour time lapse. And you can see how its shifted to the south. The center of the system is into the areas around monterey and this is moving out of the way. I again, i think that activity is pretty much done an
