What it says, look, this is where we are now, this is the budget we need and will need moving forward. The university does have close to seven billion and seven years ago it was more like 5. 5 billion. Reporter tuition is now a little over 12,000 a year. If the plan ais approved by the board today, it would go up to more than 15,000 by the year 2019. And we will be there as the regents take their full vote at ucsf.
