The snow has stopped and now the bitter cold has settled in. Temperatures this morning are on the Single Digits with some areas near zero this morning. We will fall to near 6 degrees in our city centers with wind chill factors as cold as 5 below zero. The good news plenty of sunshine this afternoon but not warming much as our highs will reach 23 degrees with wind chill factors in Single Digits into the early afternoon. We gradually start warming up on thursday and friday with highs of 40 thursday and mid 40s by friday. However it will be short lived as rain moves in friday afternoon out ahead of a cold front. This will drop temps back into the 30s by saturday morning and we could see some snow showers saturday morning depending on how fast our temps fall with remaking precipitation. Then highs in the 20s with sctd snow showers on sunday.
