They are the murder charges resulting from the slaying in the year 2000. Over 14 years ago of his very good friend susan berman. Now, cnn has learned from a Law Enforcement source that was briefed on this investigation that when robert durst was arrested saturday night in the late hours right here in downtown new orleans, he was near an elevator. He was mumbling to himself and he was sort of walking in circles. He had checked into that hotel on tuesday using cash, a fake name. He had a fake drivers license on him when he was arrested. We understand from the Deputy Inspector police that the blasts were caused by suicide bombers, and there were a number killed at least ten, as you said 14 also.
