Tropical cyclone wind signal No. 1 is raised over several provinces and cities in the region as early as Friday morning. The command and action center of the regional Office of Civil Defense (OCD) now closely monitoring all DRRMCs spread in the five provinces and six cities in Caraga region, awaiting any development from their different areas.
