Monaghan, who is known for his roles as Jerome and Jeremiah Valeska in
Gotham and as Ian Gallagher in
Shameless, will play divorcee Chris Decker, a wealthy venture capitalist who lives in a high-tech house of his own design in which he hides from the outside world.
