The commission on the latest appeal, and on august 20th, the commission amended the llp permit for jones which is located at 620 jones to allow for longer hours and days in doors with a limited sound outdoors and, this decision was appealed to the board of appeals and staff successfully represented the department at an appeal hearing on september 11th and so the actions were upheld, and so far we have a perfect record at the board of appeals. School campus. Police say two students were injured during a robbery at silver creek high school. Investigators say an unknown male with a weapon approached a girl and demanded property and took off. The same suspect used a blunt object to attack the teenage boy who was trying to help the girl. The teen was taken to the hospital. Cops arent sure if the gunman is a student or not. The fbi and Campbell Police are trying to track down robbers who pulled off a heist at this bank this afternoon. Both described as white or hispanic. Investigators say they came into the bank about 12 45 this afternoon. A third man drove the get away vehicle, a red gmc sierra. Police say the truck was stolen yesterday and dumped about a mile from the bank. Police believe the robbers are in a green tahoe.
