A Polson man is accused of accepting money for a construction project and misappropriating the funds. Andrew Elwood Hoel, 50, entered a plea of not guilty in Polson District Court Oct. 19 to two felony charges of exploitation of an elderly or disabled person.
Two Polson women are accused of intentionally causing extensive damage to a vehicle parked at a rodeo event at the Polson Fairgrounds. A St. Ignatius woman admitted to an amended and reduced charge of endangerment after initially being charged with assaulting law enforcement. Jessica Ann Wysocki, 40, entered a plea of guilty to felony criminal endangerment. The plea was entered as part of an agreement that dismisses two counts of assault on a peace officer, partner or family member assault and DUI.
