Chinese President Xi Jinping has moved out General Zhao Zongqi, the Peopleâs Liberation Armyâs powerful Western Theatre Commander, amidst the military standoff in eastern Ladakh and replaced him with General Zhang Xudong, who has never served along the Indian border.Â
