AIBA President Umar Kremlev and Secretary General Istvan Kovacs visited National Olympic Committee in Warsaw to have an official meeting with President Andrzej Kraśnicki.
AIBA President expressed gratitude to the NOC of Poland for support in hosting the AIBA Youth World Championships in Kielce.
‘We are grateful to the Polish NOC for support in organising the AIBA Youth World Championships, which have been taking place here in Poland. Despite all possible difficulties in view of the pandemic, we made it possible to conduct such an important competition for our young generation of athletes.’ Mr. Kremlev claimed.

New Delhi, April 14 : India began their campaign at the AIBA Youth Men s and Women s World Boxing Championships in the Polish city of Kielce on a promising note with Asian Youth champion Vinka (60kg) and Poonam (57kg) winning their preliminary bouts.
Vinka had to dig deep to score an exciting 3-2 win over Russia s Panteleeva Daria in her first match of the tournament. She will next face Bohatjuk Tara of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
