Masks, businesses are becoming frustrating with some customers refusing to wear them, and some customers say they have a valid reason not to. Marianne favro has this story of where some people are resorting to fake exemption cards. Reporter the owner says on friday a customer walked into her store without a mask, so she was asked to put one on. She refused to put a mask on.
