Now again this began late this morning after police got a call of shots fired in this neighborhood. Neighbors report hearing loud, deep booms and then nothing. Now police have been trying to communicate with the home owners over a megaphone for hours telling him to surrenderer and they do not want him or anyone to get hurt because it is christmas of now this is a very jarring situation for many people in this neighborhood. Instead of children coming outside to play in the street on this warm weather they have been kept inside and behind crime scene tape as this dramatic and intense scene plays out for this entire neighborhood. Both were arrested over the weekend as investigators tightened their search for lovell. Saturday police discovered lovells body just across the state line on route 89 in North Carolina. She had been missing for four days after she was last seen at her home in blacksburg. Both eisenhauer and keepers were in orange jumpsuits and only gave short answers to the judge. Theyre due in court again march 28th for a preliminary hearing. Right now they remain in jail without bond.
