The countrys top law enforcer now off the case. I have recused myself. Reporter attorney general Jeff Sessions is stepping back from any investigation into russian interference in the election. The move comes after the Justice Department confirms that sessions met with the Russian Ambassador twice during the campaign but sessions says he did nothing wrong. Recusal is not an admission of any wrong doing. Reporter he said his meetings were a perfectly reasonable thing to do. The big issue is that sessions did not disclose these meetings when questioned by congress. I did not have communications with the russians and im unable to comment on it.
