Well, its simply really just sticking with whats working and always improving. You cant get complacent and say okay, lets put as many security guards on or this many staff and make sure it stays the same. Its more of staying on top of it, weekly meetings and making sure everyone is staying on top of what theyre supposed to be doing. But you can develop relationships with a few key members of your sector and your precinct and your area and develop those kinds of relationships where it becomes a twoway flow of information. Information on safety and you can provide information to us on crime and what is important in your community. The days of Police Departments going into the community and telling them what their problem is i think has passed. We are now at a point where we are going to the community and the community is helping us determine what our priorities should be. Where we should be attacking crime. Police say if youthey are at as to what happened. They dont believe the accident was alcohol related. Ali, he loved his children. Always had them here playing back and forth.
