Socialite Jasmine Hartin arrived at a Belizean police station today flanked by armed security a day after she was bailed in the accidental shooting death of a prominent police officer.
The mother-of-two is required to check in daily with cops and surrender her passport while she waits for the courts to determine her fate in the May 28 killing of Police Superintendent Henry Jemmott.
Hartin, whose partner is with Andrew Ashcroft, the son of British billionaire Lord Michael Ashcroft, spent eight days in the notorious Central Belize Prison before her attorney convinced a court she would not flee the country.

This was Jasmine Hartin in 2013 in her native Canada, a world away from the grim Belize jail where she now faces manslaughter charges.
Now the partner of billionaire Lord Ashcroft’s son Andrew, Miss Hartin was 24 when photographed with friend Alexandra Olson at a charity wine auction in Calgary Alberta for the city’s local paper, though she was brought up in eastern Ontario, and was married before she moved to Belize, MailOnline can reveal.
Other photos from the Facebook account she used under her married name of Castiglione, include a beaming photo of her on holiday in Paris and another believed to be as she arrived in Belize in 2014, which she captioned: ‘This was taken in Paradise’.

JASMINE Hartin was cheered by inmates who celebrated her as the first lady to kill a cop after she allegedly shot a police chief, according to an ex-inmate.
The 38-year-old daughter-in-law of British billionaire Lord Ashcroft has been charged with manslaughter by negligence over the fatal shooting of a police superintendent in Belize.
