Rain. For the majority of us, it will be coming in later. The fog is here and drizzle is here. The dense fog advisories out and rain eventually drops out. It might take a while to even get down toward san jose and santa clara valley. Another system is on the way with various very high snow levels. Tomorrow, it will start to come down tomorrow afternoon and evening. It make it down to 4500 feet or 4000. For the majority, it will stay above 6000. There is a dividing line between the deeper moisture and fall, but if it doesnt burn off, doesnt matter. Visibility is either really good or not so good.
