Neighbors told abc 7 news they first heard a loud boom and then ran out to see this. A home at 14th and peralta completely engulfed in flames. It went boom and you saw Police Officers running from the house. Reporter the back portion erupted just as two sheriffs deputies and a locksmith were serving an eviction notice on the man who lived there. Making zee to the lock.
