I dont use a macro that often but sometimes it really coffee, but what do you use the micro the most you know what . I realize i use it the most when i am cooking frozen vegetables. We buy a lot more frozen than we do fresh because i only go to the Grocery Store maybe once every eight or nine days, so, those frozen vegetables have really saved our life and you know, my family diet, but, it is really hard to come another part in the cupboard and do
