The intersection where Sylville Smith was shot and killed by a Milwaukee Police officer earlier this month. Mpd says there was a crowd of about 3040 people. They arrested 10 resisting an officer. On tuesday night Milwaukee Police say they started getting complaints about crowds gathering in the area from neighbors. Around 8 pm. Police asked the crowds to disperse. When they say officers observed violations of the law. 20 minutes later police say they asked the crowd to leave again. Some did. But other refused. That is when police started making arrests.
