Share deputies said that she was tied up, step Sheriff Deputies say that she was tied up, and stabbed to death. Investigators say that they are not sure what motivated the killing but they know that she fought hard to survive. The fact that she was so strong and able to survive it is a testament to her character as a person. You might not have known but we lost our dog two weeks ago, charlie. He has been with us for ten years. Somewhat sudden. It has been a hard couple of weeks. We havent been able to talk about it that much on television. I wanted to say thank you. I had dozens if not a hundred messages on facebook and instagram and i couldnt get to them all. I tried. I shared them with my children and my wife. We were overwhelmed. A lot sent poems and books of support. The outpouring helps us. It means a lot. Also to take a second, charlie was a shelter dog.
