Its something that we have committed to and the mayor has committed to and committed the staff over the next year to make that plan a reality. Its a Land Use Plan and not a zoning plan per say but a plan that tries to stabilize the mission through tenant, counseling, eviction control, acquisition of sites for Affordable Housing, acquisition for existing buildings for rent control buildings to maintain existing house.
