Next on the agenda is the item 2 discussion if possible action to elect an interim president of the Building Inspection Commission. So we will take nominations. I reviewed them recently but this is a situation with a band new that we dont have a normal situation. Its want the first feeting in february so the bylaws allow to select an interim president to preside over this meeting and the next until we have an officer election for president and Vice President on the agenda. Go ahead. So its my understanding that we should still follow the process of the regular election which is first allow for Public Comment. Second is to request nominations.
