Paul people have been picking up bottled water to drink all night. Reporter thats where the station is. People have been driving through here. Not so many people. 15 to 16 people with cars have come through this area. You can see theres a car right now headed this way. This all started around 7 30 when they found out the water is nonusable. We take a look at video here. City officials and the red cross have been handing cases of water to this Alameda Point. According to the water safety alert, the reason its only affecting Alameda Point is because of the nature of the Navy Infrastructure at the former base. East bay muds says alameda owns a system that dates back to the 1930s however the Water District is contracted to supply and maintain that water.
