Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages IPO: Coca-Cola s bottling operations in India are handled by HCCB and half a dozen franchisees that manufacture and distribute fizzy drinks Coke, Thums Up and Sprite, juices Minute Maid and Maaza, and Kinley water. Bottling is split evenly between HCCB and the franchisees.
Cruise operator Viking Holdings priced its initial public offering within its targeted range at $24 per share on Tuesday, according to a person familiar with the matter. The IPO raised $1.54 billion based on 64.04 million shares sold by the company and its existing investors. It infers a valuation of $10.35 billion on Viking, making it the biggest U.S. stock market debut of 2024.
On a standalone basis, in FY23, the company s revenue from operations grew 4 percent to Rs 151.16 crore, from Rs 145.47 crore in FY22, while EBITDA grew by around 76 percent to Rs 20.22 crore, from Rs 11.49 crore.
Bharti Hexacom IPO: Several analysts have assigned a subscribe rating to the issue owing to reasonable valuation and strong parentage. However, high debt and volatile financial performance in the past few years are key concerns.
