The victim was withdrawing money from a Punjab National Bank (PNB) ATM in the Himayathnagar area when he was attacked by the four men. However, their escape was short-lived as the police swiftly apprehended all four suspects.
Starting tomorrow, PNB account holders would need a One Time Password (OTP) to withdraw cash from their debit card. After inserting the card into the machine, account holders would receive an OTP on their registered mobile number. Read more below.
