Mike, what do we know so far . Mike route 101 between exits 11 and 12 has been closed and you can see the headaches what is causing in this area of exeter. Cars are being diverted off of route 101 westbound and traffic is backed up in other directions. Officials are not saying what the issue is and we are not allowed on the highway. Take a look at this video sent to us from a viewer. Cell phone video shows a car flipped upside down on the highway. It is unclear what led to the crash.
