There is not a split in the circuits so you dont have an automatic, it will not automatically go to the Supreme Court. The question the administration has asked itself do they eally want this to go to the Supreme Court . Will they rule the same way . Think the Trump Administration has a right to screen people coming into this country and we do and we have time some of the toughest screenings in the world long before President Trump. They can say ok we will stick with what we have and make sure its done right. If i was advising them as counsel, they have not asked or my advice, i would advise hem, ok, you lost twice to prestigious courts of appeal, you lost. Let it go.
