Developing news this morning, a threealarm fire has devastated a condo building that was under construction in south philadelphia and fire officials are calling the fire suspicious. World series resumes. A little over two months ago a threatening letter turned up in mailboxes of several dog owners in part of aurora. Last night a dog died unexpectedly. The owner thinks the dog was poisoned and the city is investigating. Animal services is looking into the death of roxy blue.
