WEST SPRINGFIELD If Mayor William Reichelt has his way, residents may soon be calling the town to complain that their roads are too smooth.
Reichelt is touting speed humps as a solution to speeding complaints on residential streets in West Springfield. He is asking the Town Council to pass an ordinance allowing the town to install speed humps when residents request them.
