On monday november 27th just after 10 00 a. M. Pg e crews reported to a gas odor on mission street. While on the way to the scene we received the report of the explosion. Between 10 20 and 10 35 crews arrived on scene and more dispatched to help and we worked with the San Francisco Fire Department to make the area safe. Good morning. The committee will come to order. We were hoping to be able to move out two of our nominees that are currently pending before the committee. We obviously have to have the requisite number of members here. So, until such time as we have a quorum, we will move to our scheduled full Committee Hearing on infrastructure permitting.
