They say were deeply saddened by his loss and cannot express in writing how deep a hole in our hearts we are left with by his passing. Adding, he was our husband, son, brother, uncle and hero. San jose police releasing a statement early this morning saying that officer johnson was killed by scott dunham a 57 yearold distraught man. He may have been intoxicated after, um, johnson and fellow officers arrived about 6 50 last night to an apartment complex in east san jose, there was a disturbance call there. They encountered a female outside of that residence and according to witnesses we were able to talk to last night, there appeared to have been a shooting from a balcony at that apartment complex taking the officers life.
