Belarus is ready to participate in the construction of farms and potato
storage facilities in Russia’s Orel Oblast, Belarus’ Deputy Prime
Minister Piotr Parkhomchik said as he met with Orel Oblast Governor
Andrei Klychkov.
According to Viktor Karankevich, energy consumption has been on the rise in recent years thanks to the development of electric charging
infrastructure and increasing numbers of electric cars and public
transport in the country.
Russia’s Omsk Oblast is interested in cooperating with Belarus in the
construction field, Omsk Oblast Governor Vitaly Khotsenko said as he met with Belarus’ Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Parkhomchik.
The state commission has been instructed to work out proposals on the
selection of a site for a radioactive waste storage facility and submit
them to the Council of Ministers within ten working days.
